With the hybrid workplace, it is clear that employee journeys are going to be different for those working out of office and those working remotely. While research suggests that employees would prefer coming to the office, they also would want to come to the office less often.

In this context, companies now have a unique problem to solve: How can companies provide a unified workplace experience that accounts for both – onsite and remote workers? What are the challenges that will be central to the new world of work? What are some of the action steps that companies need to take in terms of technology and strategy?

As companies realised the hard way, just repurposing their previous offline engagement exercises virtually are not going to be enough to boost experience, there’s a need to think about specific digital tools and mediums to boost experience.

As the need for flexibility and the various approaches to engage employees digitally are going to continue to be critical to the workforce, is it time for a unified employee experience strategy?

This Dialogue will also reflect on the impact of a unified experience strategy on the skills framework.

Join us for this discussion to brainstorm:

  1. What is unified employee experience and why is it critical?
  2. Why is technology central to boosting people, process and performance?
  3. What are the opportunity areas and roadblocks that HR leaders and teams need to be wary about?
  4. Case reflection: How is experience based technology enabling the shift from competency to skills thinking?
