Conceptualised with the objective of identifying emerging leaders from small and medium enterprises, the People Matters and Keka SME HR Awards 2023 will celebrate the unsung HR heroes that have showcased resilience and agility during challenging times, and helped their organisations turn the tide with their future thinking and innovative approach.
The People Matters and Keka SME HR Awards are unique in their concept and are driven by passion for innovation. The Awards will have a three-pronged process starting with online registrations for the nominations, to assess and review the initiatives and practices followed at the organisation.
On approval of the submitted application, the Jury will judge the nominations based on the impact and scalability of the initiative implemented. The initiative or the program highlighted in the application should have been implemented in the last 18 months.
The 5-member jury panel will evaluate the filtered applications and choose the top 5 emerging leaders with the most innovative and impactful HR Tech programs for the year 2023-24.
People Matters in association with Keka will host the SME Awards across regions to honour young businesses for their efforts and achievements in empowering their HR to become thought leaders in the growing segment in India, forging strong partnerships with business leaders.

Here are four criteria that you should fulfill before applying to the awards:
Should be working in an HR role at the time of application
Must be employed with an Organization with employee size ranging from 250-5000 only
The initiative or program highlighted in the application should have been implemented in the last 18 months.

Video Interviews
The shortlisted candidates will be required to attend a one on one video interview with our jury members on pre-determined questions to assess whether the applicants display the required competencies.
